The Paradox of Choice - Schwarz. This will teach you the difference between maximizers and satisficers. Sometimes it's better to have less options available as having too many available may lead to apathy. Contains some good points on commodities as well (the more common it is (ie. milk), the less we care about the brand and such values).
The Black Swan - Taleb - The book that helps you understand why current economic theories just won't cut it and why it is difficult for us to accept perpetual losses even if that may lead to substantial gains later on.
Freakonomics - Levitt, Dubner - Economics in a digestible form.
